הגעתי לעו”ד גולדצוויג בעקבות כך שלא הצלחתי לקבל כספי עיזבון של אבי ז”ל מבנק אמריקאי.
למרות ששלחתי לבנק מסמכים מתורגמים וחתומים על ידי נוטריון בהתאם לדרישותיהם המחמירות- הבנק סירב לתת
לי מידע אודות כספים השייכים לי והתנהל בצורה לא שקופה ולא תקינה, תוך ניצול היותי אזרחית ישראלית ולא אמריקאית.
הרגשתי ייאוש וחשש שמא לא אצליח להוציא כספים אלו של אבי ז”ל ולקבל עליהם חזקה.
הגעתי לעוה”ד גולדצויג היות והוא בעל רישיון עו”ד ישראלי וגם רישיון אמריקאי. לפניו הרבה הציגו עצמם כעורכי דין שיכולים לטפל במקרה הזה אולם התגלו כנטולי רישיון אמריקאי.
היחס של עורך הדין גולדצוייג היה לעילא ולעילא. נתקלתי בחיי בעורכי דין אולם יחס טוב ונאות וטיפול מסור כשלו- טרם חוויתי
הוא פתר לי את הבעיה ואין לי ספק שאעזר בשירותיו בעתיד!

ב2016 עברתי תאונת אופנוע.
את משה פגשתי עוד בבית חולים, הוא תמך ועזר לאורך הדרך, היה איתי בוועדות הרפואיות ועדכן אותי לגבי הסטטוס של התיק שלי
לדעתי משה מימש המון מהזכויות המגיעות לי כנפגע תאונת עבודה.
תודה רבה משה על עבודה נפלאה.
